Kimso — Our Purpose
At Kimso, a consultancy specialized in social impact assessment, we want to report on what really matters by listening to what everyone has to say in a simple and non-simplifying way. We are committed to share our knowledge and to empower social purpose organizations to be autonomous in their impact assessment process.

Listening to what everyone has to say

Assessment of Linkiaa’s SAFIA program

(Linkiaa 2019-2020)

SAFIA is an innovative foster care service co-managed by Linkiaa and Jeunesse & Avenir. It has 13 places for children from 0 to 12 years old whose situations require a reinforced support (babies in emergency and children with important medical and social difficulties).

Within the framework of the program’s the social impact assessment, Kimso had the goal to collect the words of the main beneficiaries, the children in care, through games, discussions, and the use of photolanguage.

Reporting on what really matters

Assessment of the Insert'Up Program

(Wake up Café 2019-2022)

The Insert’Up program accompanies inmates and ex-inmates towards a sustainable reintegration without recidivism thanks to workshops in detention and in the open environment.

To follow the evolution of the people supported, without limiting itself to the rate of non-recidivism and the rate of return to employment, Kimso built and implemented a multidimensional evaluation tool that allows to measure self-esteem, perseverance, or the ability to project oneself into the future.

Evaluation of the "Designing the end of your career" program

(Alphonse 2020)

Alphonse offers a collective and entirely digital support to accompany pre-retirees towards the major life transition of retirement. Kimso built and transmitted data collection tools to monitor the evolution of program’s beneficiaries outcomes over time.

In response to Alphonse’s request to continue their impact assessment independently, Kimso also built a tool to analyze the results.
