Octavie worked in marketing at Nestlé prior to joining a consulting firm where she learned qualitative analysis techniques. In 1999, she joined AOL, where she was in charge of communications, press relations and sponsorship. She developed an employee engagement program that inspired her to create Volonteer in July 2015 to support companies wishing to involve their employees in public interest projects. In 2014, she created Kimso with Emeline Stievenart, expert in social impact evaluation.

EXPERTISE

A pioneer in the field of employee engagement, she has published studies and carried out missions. She also has experience in strategic diagnosis, coaching foundation managers and has co-authored publications on social entrepreneurship and on successful experiments in the field of job insertion. She has accompanied several social entrepreneurs in setting up their business plans with Antropia Essec incubator. Since the creation of Kimso, she has worked over a hundred projects and developed an expertise on themes like professional integration, entrepreneurship, women empowerment, health, disability in France as abroad

She has created in an endowment fund to support women's entrepreneurship in African countries and is also involved with Caritas Foundation committed to social integration.

CAREER PATH

Pol has been building and managing practical solutions to facilitate impact measurement for 10 years. For 5 years, he managed a social enterprise helping public and private actors in Latin America to value the environmental impact of their social projects (clean cooking, solar panels, drinking water, etc.). The measurement processes implemented have been recognized by several awards from international organizations (UN Clean Cooking Alliance, Gold Standard, etc.) and have resulted in the certification of several million tons of avoided carbon.

EXPERTISE

He then developed several digital tools to measure social impact, first for clients and then as part of Impact Tools. For several years now, he has been accompanying users of these tools in their discovery and exploitation.

AREAS OF INTEREST

Pol loves to hike in the mountains and to be as isolated as possible in the countryside. He also likes to play the piano, the romantic pianists of the 19th century, and Latin jazz.

Graduating from EDHEC in 1992, Samia worked for more than 10 years for the Nestlé group in research and marketing, before joining the Herzog firm as a consultant in qualitative research, then CEGOS, to design and conduct training sessions in research and marketing. In 2011, she joined a Club of committed entrepreneurs who created the "100,000 Solidarity Meetings" project. For more than 7 years, Samia has been leading this social innovation program designed to promote the return to employment of excluded groups through the mobilization of corporate citizens.

EXPERTISE

Samia leads social impact assessment missions on education (InterClass' , e-Enfance), health/disability (UCPA Cap Loisirs Sportifs, Dialogue&Solidarité), fuel poverty (Schneider Electric Foundation) and social entrepreneurship (Entreprendre&+). She has also developed expertise in employee engagement and strategic philanthropy for corporate foundations (Fonds Mécénat Servier, Groupe La Poste, Fondation Vinci pour la Cité). Before joining Kimso, Camille worked several years on the field. She spent 2 years working for an association that facilitates the professional reconversion of women in the digital sector, and then a year in an incubator to support women entrepreneurs in the tech industry. Previously, she carried out various missions within structures working for the development of entrepreneurship for vulnerable people, or for the professional integration of young people from urban policy neighborhoods of the city.

EXPERTISE

During her experiences, Camille has developed skills in project design and management, construction of tools for monitoring and piloting activities, training and awareness-raising activities, and individual and collective support for different audiences. At Kimso, she has contributed to various evaluation and training missions, notably on insertion (SDLV, NQT, Être handicap), training/entrepreneurship (Ronalpia, Edojobs Skillup), aging well (CNAV, Astroliens, UNAF), social ties (Makesense, VoisinMalin), and access to culture (PPCM).

Léa has a PhD in political science and is an associate researcher at the Centre for European Studies and Comparative Politics at Sciences Po. She has participated in several collective research projects as an investigator and coordinator. She has extensive teaching experience at Sciences Po, the University of Rouen, and as an exchange student at Columbia University in Paris. Prior to joining Kimso, she was also an analyst and project manager at the RFIEA Foundation (French Network of Institutes for Advanced Studies).

EXPERTISE

The different stages of her career have allowed Léa to develop a particular interest in both qualitative and quantitative survey methods as well as several fields of expertise concerning socio-economic issues. Her work has particularly focused on gender and sexuality issues, issues related to extreme poverty, and the dynamics of political and associative commitment and mobilization.

Laura did her first internship in an eco-responsible event agency, then in a consulting firm in Cambodia, and more recently in a consulting firm pioneering social innovation and inclusive economy, Archipel&Co.

EXPERTISE

Thanks to her previous experiences and her missions at KiMSO, Laura has developed an expertise in the fields of inclusion and more broadly in the inclusive economy; as well as in the support of social innovations (Vivalab). Laura has a strong interest in projects taking place in developing countries (thanks to her experience in Cambodia and the Isahit mission at Kimso).

Laura leaves with her backpack to explore the world whenever the opportunity arises, or puts on her walking shoes to hike in the Calanques of Marseilles where she is originally from. Laura is also a great reader!

After obtaining her Bachelor's degree in International Development (Dauphine London), Juliette joined a double Master's degree in Public Affairs (Sciences Po Paris and Hertie School of Governance, Berlin). Passionate about microfinance, she completed several internships in this field, first in Laos (XMI) and then in rural India (Sreejan), before becoming interested in social impact, its measurement and monitoring.

EXPERTISE

During her studies, Juliette was particularly trained in development sciences, combining historical and philosophical dimensions with the so-called "hard" sciences. She specialized in microfinance and financial inclusion during her professional experiences, focusing on qualitative approaches to impact assessment and fieldwork.

INTERESTS

Guided by Socrates' maxim "Know thyself", Juliette has developed a passion for ontological and existential questions; a passion she feeds by listening to podcasts, backpacking and endless debate evenings.

After a preparatory class ECS, Charlotte entered HEC Paris and obtained a Master in Management. There she discovered the social and solidarity economy, through her courses and her gap year. In her final year, she completed her experiences with an internship in a global network of social entrepreneurs. During this period, she also obtained a degree in history at the Sorbonne. Before joining Kimso, she did a civic service in an association fighting against food insecurity and waste.

EXPERTISE

During her previous experiences, Charlotte developed a good knowledge of the themes related to integration through economic activity. She has worked for an integration company in the field of sustainable catering, as well as for an association aiming to improve the support of people in very precarious situations within the integration workcamps. This experience gave her a more specific knowledge of the problems linked to extreme exclusion. As part of her studies, she also had the opportunity to travel to Dakar to evaluate the social impact of a local entrepreneur.

INTERESTS

In her spare time, Charlotte enjoys discovering new museums and exploring Paris on foot. On sunny days, you will also find her cycling around France.

Marion began her professional career after graduating from ESSEC with 6 years of management and organizational consulting, followed by a quick stint in the world of mutuals as a CSR officer. In 2005, she decided to devote herself to supporting projects with a strong social impact. She co-founded the Odyssem collective, through which she still helps managers to find the development levers best suited to who they are and what they do, and thus helps them to strengthen the social impact of their project for their stakeholders.

EXPERTISE

Marion joined Kimso in 2016 and became an associate expert based in Marseille. She brings her experience of the actors and their development issues and her capacity to accompany - strategic advice. Since 2017, Anne has been an independent consultant and trainer in New Aquitaine. She accompanies organizations with high territorial impact in their strategic structuring, their search for funding and the evaluation of their impact. Anne has a degree in law and political science.

In 2014, she created Kimso with Emeline Stievenart, expert in social impact evaluation.

EXPERTISE

A pioneer in the field of employee engagement, she has published studies and carried out missions. She also has experience in strategic diagnosis, coaching foundation managers and has co-authored publications on social entrepreneurship and on successful experiments in the field of job insertion.
