Kimso — Our Expertise

EVALUATIONS

We carry out external evaluations of projects, partnerships, or structures to assess their social impact.

Our studies use different complementary methods:

  • Qualitative methods, through observations and interviews, to understand and qualify the outcomes.

  • Quantitative methods to measure the outcomes of the activity assessed through indicators.

  • Monetary methods to translate social impacts into economic impacts (cost benefits, avoided costs, SROI).
We are careful to question our clients in depth about the objectives of the process and the questions asked in order to choose the method best suited to their stakes.

We work in a spirit of cooperation by promoting trust and transparency.

Social impact assessment is often accompanied by a strategic diagnosis in order to understand the keys to success, the points of vigilance, to identify the needs not covered and to identify the ways to progress.
